Self service data conversion
Overview
The Self service data conversion is a tool that allows you to convert data from an existing system into a structured format compatible with eProsecutor Online. The tool should help streamline the process of data insertion and ensure data consistency, while also removing the need for manual data entry.
Converting from some other format
Export data with the correct field column headers (second row) in the correct order (see Case data fields) to a comma-separated file (.csv).
Then open that file in Excel and save it as a .xlsx.
Excel does have limits on the size of file it can open.
As a rule of thumb it is best to keep the .csv file size to less than 100 MB.
