Default proof of service
This section describes the Default Proof of Service template.

Court details
The first section implements court filing information including:
Court
The court name comes from the Default JDA Settings
screen.
To set the default court in eProsecutor Online:

Navigate to

Default court for JDA templates
dropdown, select the desiredAgency
. -
Click Submit.
If you do not select a court on this screen, a dialog shows to request the court name:
Plaintiff
The plaintiff name comes from the Default JDA Settings
screen.
To set the default plaintiff in eProsecutor Online:

Navigate to

In the
Name to be used as the default plaintiff in JDA templates
field, enter the plaintiff name. -
Click Submit.
If you do not enter a plaintiff name on this screen, a dialog shows to request the plaintiff name:
Individual served
The individual served and location of service comes from the Person Folder View
of the defendant:
Served forms
This section provides a list of forms being served to the preceding individual:
The list of available forms is controlled by the Default_ServedForms
custom dialog.
